La Banda Cívica de Pensacola Abre Pruebas ~ Pensacola Civic Band Opens Auditions  English Version

Toca Ud. algún instrumento musical?  Le gustaría volver a tocar regularmente?  Saque su instrumento musical del closet y mejore sus habilidades!

Pruebas se llevarán a cabo para la Banda Civica de Pensacola el martes en la manñana del 28 de Agosto, empezando a las 6 p.m. en el Ashmore Auditorio de PJC.

Los instrumentalistas serán requeridos a tocar un ejercico preparado o solo y se les dará a interpretar una corta repentización.

La Banda Cívica de Pensacola se reunirá cada Martes en la noche empezando el 4 de Septiembre a las 7 p.m.  La banda presentará conciertos en las siguientes noches:

Octubre 25, 2007 "Un Concierto de Música Sagrada presentando El Cantar de Los Cantares"  en la Iglesia Católica de St. Sylvester  a las 7:30 p.m.

Octubre 30, 2007 "Un Concierto de Música Sagrada prersentando El Cantar de Los Cantares" en la Iglesia Bautista de Marcus Pointe a las 7:30 p.m.

Noviembre 29, 2007  Atardeceres en Olde Seville Square, Concierto Navideño a las 6:30 p.m.

Diciembre 10- 11 , 2007  "Concierto Anual de los Dias Festivos" en el Pensacola Junior College a las 7:30 p.m.

Marzo 11, 2008  "Espectacular de Sousa" Iglesia Bautista de Marcus Pointe a las 7:30 p.m.

Mayo 29, 2008  Atardeceres en Olde Seville Square Concierto, a las 7 p.m.

Julio 24, 2008 Atardeceres en  Olde Seville Square, a las 7 p.m.

Do you play a musical instrument? Would you like to get back into playing on a regular basis? Pull your band instrument out of the closet and brush up on your skills!

Auditions will be held for the Pensacola Civic Band on Tuesday evening, August 28th starting at 6 p.m. at the PJC Ashmore Auditorium.  Instrumentalists will be expected to play a prepared exercise or solo and they will be given a short sight-reading piece to perform.

The Pensacola Civic Band will meet each Tuesday evening beginning on September 4th at 7 p.m.  The band will present concerts on the following evenings:

October 25, 2007  "A Concert of Sacred Music featuring Canticle" St. Sylvester's Catholic Church 7:30 p.m.

October 30, 2007 "A Concert of Sacred Music featuring Canticle" Marcus Pointe Baptist Church 7:30 p.m.

November 29, 2007 Evenings in Olde Seville Square Christmas Concert 6:30 p.m.

December 10-11, 2007 "Annual Holiday Concert" Pensacola Junior College 7:30 p.m.

March 11, 2008, "Sousa Spectacular" Marcus Pointe Baptist Church 7:30 p.m.

May 29, 2008, Evenings in Olde Seville Square Concert, 7 p.m.

July 24, 2008, Evenings in Olde Seville Square, 7 p.m.
