Es la segunda vez en el ano que el gobierno del presidente Bush aprueba ampliar mas 700 millas en el borde entre Mexico y Estados Unidos, con el fin de detener la inmigracion al pais, dijeron algunos senadores que

participaron  en la votacion .

Actualmente ya existe una instalacion de una decena de kilometros que divide el borde de Mexico y Estados Unidos en algunos centro urbanos de la region incluido San Diego , California , pero  el plan aprobado ahora por el Senado estadounidense es crear una "barrera" o "muro" doble con detectores de

movimiento e iluminación nocturna.

El Presidente Bush tambien dijo, que esto mejorara el detenimiento y control de los inmigrantes ilegales que intentan entrar al pais a diario, asimismo mejorara el sistema de vigilancia y patrullaje en el area.  El departamento de " Homeland Security" (Ticha: creo que le llaman "Seguridad Interna" en español) informo que el costo de la ampliacion del muro en la frontera de Mexico y Estados Unidos sera de aproximadamente unos 7 billones de dolares por milla o doble yarda.

Por lo tanto, El Gobierno de Mexico aspira a que se respeten los derechos humanos de estas personas que intentan ingresar a los Estados Unidos

It is the second time in this year that President Bush' Government approves the extension, by more than 700 miles, to the wall that will be erected between the United States and Mexico. The objective of building this wall is to stop illegal immigration, say some of the senators participating in the balloting.

Currently, the installation of a dozen of miles of this wall has already taken place in some urban areas such as San Diego, California. But the plan now approved by the American senate is to create a "barrier" or "double wall" equipped with movement sensors and night lights.

President Bush also said that this [wall] will improve the blocking and control of illegal immigrants who attempt to smuggle into the country. The system will also improve surveillance and patrolling in the area.

The Department of Homeland Security informed that the costs associated to the extension of the wall in the US-Mexico border will total some 7 billion dollars per mile.

Meanwhile the Government of Mexico expects that human rights of those who try to enter the US can be respected.
