Este aviso es para informarle al público que aunque el Senado de los Estados Unidos está debatiendo y examinando la ley de inmigración (S. 1348), este proyecto de ley todavía NO se ha aprobado.  Tanto la Cámara de Representantes como el Senado de los Estados Unidos deben aprobar las leyes, las cuales debe firmar el Presidente antes que pasen a formar parte de la legislación del pain de las leyes (http://thomas.loc.gov/).

Sie el poyecto de reforma migratoria se convierte en ley, la Oficina de Servicios de Cuidadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos (USCIS) le informará al público acerca de la forma en que deberán proceder.  Hasta entonces, habrá que tener mucha cautela con cualquier persona, organización o comercio que asegure que puede ayudar a solicitor beneficios bajo esta ley de reform migratoria.

This notice is to inform the public that although the U.S. Senate is debating and considering immigration legislation (S.1348), that bill has NOT passed into law.  Legislation must be passed by both the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, and signed by the President, before it becomes law. If immigration reform legislation does become law, U.S. Citizenship and immigration Services will advise the public on how to proceed.  Until then, individuals should be cautious of any persons, organizations or businesses claiming to assist in applying for benefits under the immigration reform legislation.
