Briseño, se encuentra en el proceso de encontar  negocios que puedan servir a nuestra población Hispana en el área de préstamos bancarios e hipotecas. El está tambien tratando de crear seminarios que instruyan al público en el proceso de establecer buenos records de crédito, ahorrar dinero para gastos de arancel y seminarios en otras áreas tales como abuso infantil, abuso doméstico, información sobre salud y asistencia médica, seminarios sobre migración, etc.

Briseño nació en el Norte de México y vino a los Estsdos Unidos en Diciembre de 1944.  Sus familiares eran trabajadores migrantes que trabajaban en los campos agriculturales, recogiendo algodón o lo que estuviera en estación para recolección en el Sur de Texas.

Briseño fué educado en San Antonio, Texas.  Aunque al principio sólo hablaba Español, más tarde él se convertiria en el presidente de Los Futuros Profesores de América y un miembro del Club Literario en su  juventud.  Se graduó de Poteet High School, en Poteet, Tx. en 1962 y empezó a trabajar por setenta y cinco centavos la hora armando ventanas de aluminio.

Enseñado por su padre llegó a ser un albañil, y  el lo animó a ir a la universidad, Briseño eventualmente asistió a la Universidad de Texas en San

Antonio en 1978, creando el primer Club Hispano en la universidad.

Briseño se hizo ciudadano Americano en 1964 y sirvió 23 años en la Reserva de la Fuerza Aérea, y fué activado para ayudar al rescate del USS Pueblo en Korea del Norte.  También sirvió 32 años más como un empleado federal.

Briseño y su esposa se mudaron a Navarre en Diciembre 2006.  Son miembros del (Club de Baile Mayores de 55 años), donde disfrutan de bailar el Tango, Rumba y Samba.

Hugo Briseño has joined Island Times Realty, Inc, in Navarre. He sells land, homes and commercial property throughout northwest Florida.

Briseño is in the process of finding businesses that can cater to our Spanish populations in the areas of banking, mortgage loans. He is also looking to create seminars that enlighten the population in the process of establishing good credit scores, saving money for escrow fees, and seminars in other area such as child abuse, spousal abuse, health and medical assistance information, immigration seminars, etc.

Briseño was born in Northern Mexico and came to the United States in December of 1944.  His family were migrant workers that worked in the agricultural fields, picking cotton or whatever was in season to harvest in South Texas.

Briseño was educated in San Antonio, TX.  Though he spoke only Spanish at first, he would later become the president of the Future Teachers of America, and a member of the Library Club in his youth.  He graduated from Poteet High School in Poteet, TX, in 1962 and started working for seventy five cents an hour assembling aluminum windows.

Mentored by his father who taught him how to be a mason, and encouraged him to go to college, Briseño eventually attended the University of Texas in San Antonio in 1978, creating the first Hispanic Club in the university.

Briseño became an American citizen in 1964 and served 23 years in the Air Force Reserves, activated to help rescue the USS Pueblo in North Korea.  He also served an additional 32 years as a federal employee.

Briseño and his wife moved to Navarre in December 2006. They are members of the "55 and Older Dance Club", where the enjoy dancing Tango, Rumba, and Samba.
